Vacuum Pump
RVS 23-60
- Vacuum up to 33 mbar(a)
- Pressure up to 2,000 mbar(g)
- Capacity up to 4,200 m³/h
Description
The RVS series comprises robust and heavy-duty liquid ring vacuum pumps designed for compressing gases and vapors in industrial processes. These pumps offer a vacuum of up to 33 mbar(a) and a pressure capacity of up to 2,000 mbar(g), with a maximum capacity of 4,200 m³/h.
Information
The main features of the RVS liquid ring vacuum pump series include nearly isothermal compression of gases, no contact between the pumped gas and lubricant, and the ability to separate the service liquid from the gas using a liquid separator. The pumps ensure safe operation, require minimal maintenance, and provide reduced noise and vibration levels. The KRVS units cover pump sizes ranging from RVS 7 to RVS 60.
Applications
- Fish Processing Industry
- Tamato Souce Production
- Beverage Industry
- Cement Factories
- Iron and steel industry
- Tanning
- Dairy Industry
KRVS 23-60
- Vacuum up to 33 mbar(a)
- Pressure up to 2,000 mbar(g)
- Capacity up to 4,200 m³/h
Description
The compact vacuum systems offer main features such as robustness, reliability, easy maintenance, low water consumption, and minimal noise and vibrations. They are versatile and can be applied in various sectors, including chemicals, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, and textiles, due to the wide range of available materials.
Information
The CRVS unit has an elastic direct coupling for optimal operation, while the LRVS unit features a belt and pulley drive for efficient performance. Both units can be supplied with partial recirculation, resulting in significant water savings through the recovery manifold.
