Description

The chocolate pumps are used in chocolate processing and production machinery, including stationary and mobile tank systems. They enable gentle handling of chocolate products with fruit or grain and are also used in cosmetic cream and oil production lines.

Information

Chocolate pumps come in gear or rotary lobe designs with a maximum flow rate of 3,400 cm³/rev and maximum pressure of 20 bar. They handle temperatures up to 200 °C, and optional features include heatability, pressure relief valve, and CIP/SIP capability. The rotors are made of case-hardened steel or stainless steel, and the housing parts are either grey cast iron or stainless steel.

Applications
  1. Used in machinery and equipment for the processing and production of chocolate.
  2. Installation in stationary and mobile tank systems or storage and melting containers for chocolate .
  3. handling of prodcuts containing fruit or grain can be achieved.
