Central Lubrication System
- Supply from 1-18 lubrication points
- Prevent grease separation
- Vibration resistant
Description
Multi-line lubrication systems are used for consumption and circulation lubrication. They employ grease or oil and feature a tank connected to the pump housing. Radial and axial piston pumps meter the lubricant through pump elements. Direct connections to lubrication points or progressive distributors can be made.
Information
Multi-line pumps supply up to 30 pump elements. They offer adjustable metering volumes and pressures up to 400 bar. Benefits include high-pressure capability, independent supply to lubrication points, adjustable supply quantities, and intermittent or continuous lubricant supply. These systems have a long service life and handle low-viscosity oils and grease up to NLGI class 3.
Applications
widely used in industrial and heavy-duty mobile equipment applications to lubricate multiple points on a machine.
