Description
Circulation lubrication systems are used in applications like paper machines and presses. They filter and regulate lubricant temperature.
Benefits include adjustable flow rate, digital/analogue flow monitoring, and filtration/temperature control in one system.
Information
In these systems, the lubricant is pumped into the main line and distributed to connected lines and lubrication points. Volumetric flow controllers or limiters create resistance.
Higher resistance leads to lesser allocated lubricant quantity. Volumetric flow helps remove wear particles, prevent corrosion, and dampen vibrations.
